What We Do
We help colleges and universities improve online enrollments and student retention. Our 360° approach analyzes your programs to discover anything preventing your students from succeeding online and sharing their positive experience with others.
By analyzing the whole online student experience, Online Readiness, LLC can detect the bottlenecks holding back growth. For most institutions, going from average to amazing is achieved through tiny adjustments across the range of student services. Our focus will zero in on those adjustments that enhance customer service and build community among online learners. We can then work directly with your people to implement a plan that becomes your new normal.
If one of our suggestions is too heavy to lift, our network of impact partners is standing by to spot you. We can also provide annual audits of your online programs to help you prepare for accreditation visits.
If we can be of service to your institution let us know.
Our Commitment
Thank you for giving Online Readiness, LLC the opportunity to partner with you to expand your mission to online learners. Our commitment is to align our services with your organization in a way that best meets your needs, to provide exceptional customer service along the way, and to listen to your feedback on how we can improve our services.

Testimonial
“I had the opportunity to work with Jay Sample at two different schools. I found his approach collaborative, innovative, and cost-effective. By working closely with faculty and staff in each location, Jay helped us navigate paths that launched our entire online program for both institutions, and he did so in a way reflecting 21stcentury economies (digital services, cloud-based infrastructure, etc.). These ingredients mixed thoughtfully created interconnected services that leveraged competencies of staff in both locations and earned a commendation from an accreditation team for one of the schools. For the university location in particular, the results of Jay’s holistic approach raised the bar of services and led to enrollment gains in online programs. If growing your online program is of strategic importance to your bottom line, I highly recommend Jay Sample and his team at Online Readiness.”

“Jay’s commitment to an optimal student experience is impressive. He consistently inspired me to push for excellence as an online instructor. Because of his unique and detailed understanding of the specific concerns and needs of adult students in an online environment, he made a convincing case for the one-to-one correlation between professor engagement and student satisfaction in the online environment, reinforcing the importance for both me and the faculty I supervise to be consistently “present,” even in an asynchronous learning space. Jay Sample is a true professional in the online education sphere.”

“In higher education, most professionals gain expertise in one or two areas. My experience working with Jay Sample has demonstrated what it means to have a much larger understanding of the entire landscape of online education. While systems, technology, student learning, marketing, and instructor engagement each play a critical role, there are a rare few who understand the interconnectedness of these areas quite like Jay. He draws from both his research on trends in higher education and innovations in technology to create an environment that serves students, staff, and faculty, alike. Jay brings an incomparable perspective to online education.”
